请问做过乳头内陷手术，所以决定不哺乳，喝了3天中药回奶，现在乳房还是涨的痛，里面有硬块怎么办啊？我每天也用热水敷1次，并挤点奶出来，这样做对吗？要怎么才能回干净呢？
